A commercial pump is dropped in the deep end the night before installation so the pool is empty and ready for work.
Old liner is cut out, rolled up into manageable sections, & brought to the customer’s curb for garbage disposal (if need be, we can take the old liner with us to our shop dumpster).
New gaskets are installed for skimmers, lights, returns, & main drains for a proper seal
Sand bottoms are entirely hand-troweled for a smooth finish. Hard bottom pools are cleaned of any debris and checked for any cracks or holes. If any damage is seen, the customer will be contacted right away and made aware of their options (additional fees will apply).
Walls can be re-foamed for proper protection if needed for an additional charge. If the existing foam installed on the walls by previous contractors is not damaged, we will leave it as is.
Liner is installed with a commercial vacuum running under liner while water is filling up for a tight & wrinkle-free installation. Main drain gaskets, ring, & safety cover are also installed at this time. The step section is also cut out. The trim & gaskets are reinstalled around the steps for a tight seal.
Once liner is secured into the track around entire pool, we then add bead-lock for extra security so the liner will stay in its track. If any part of the liner pops out of the track within 1 year from the date of installation, we will come out free of charge to fix the issue. Most companies will charge you a service call fee or tell you it’s your fault that it popped out. We are different from these other companies and are committed to excellent customer service.
A piece of tape will be put on the liner so the customer has a reference point for when to shut the water & vacuum. This is clearly explained to the customer a few times throughout the process.
Within the next 3 business days a technician will return to cut out the skimmers, returns, lights, & Polaris fittings. Once this step is completed, the customer can continue to fill up the pool to the middle of the skimmers.
Once job is completed, the lead mechanic will leave a fully detailed invoice with the customer & answer any questions.
