Welcome to one of our favorite projects—the Roslyn Backyard Paradise! This stunning outdoor retreat features a beautiful 20’x40’ in-ground rectangular vinyl pool with an 11’6”x16’ extension, offering the perfect blend of elegance and functionality. A spacious concrete sun deck provides an inviting space to lounge and enjoy the water, while striking fire features and lush landscaping elevate the ambiance. Every detail has been meticulously designed to create a luxurious and serene escape, making this backyard the ultimate destination for relaxation and entertainment.

Custom 3D Design:
The journey began with a custom 3D design, allowing the homeowners to visualize their dream backyard before construction started. Our team worked closely with them to ensure that every aspect of the design met their vision and needs.
Construction:

Pool size: 20’X40’ in-ground rectangle vinyl pool with 11’6”X16’ extension. Pool depth 5’ for the main rectangle area.
Concrete walls: 10" thick poured concrete walls with rebar for added strength & support. Life-time warranty on wall structure.
Plumbing Lines: 2" Schedule 40 PVC for underground plumbing lines
Maintenance Kit: Pole, net, brush, vacuum head, vacuum hose, & chemical test strips.
Safety Cover: Super Duty Mesh Cover by LI Safety Pool Covers
